Janice has almost 20 years experience running successful businesses in multiple industries. A natural leader with highly transferable skills, particularly her ability to identify strategic imperatives, develop plans and implement change management resulting in increased revenue and profits. This coupled with her ability to motivate and manage people, has delivered consistently high performance outcomes.
Janice ‘s corporate experience has spanned running retail and corporate travel businesses with the Flight Centre group and Travelogic, SME business consulting and managing a mid tier Sydney based law firm.
Janice spent over 11 years within Flight Centre Group in various roles including Group Operational Leader for FCm SME Corporate travel NSW & ACT. Managing multiple corporate teams while growing revenue to over $70m annually. Some two years post her departure and in the midst of the challenging GFC and a severe decline in corporate travel, Flight Centre invited Janice to return. Charged with and achieving; re-invigorating the SME corporate travel division, some 21 teams across NSW & ACT, motivating and retaining quality staff, rebuilding critically important key client relationships and focusing on revenue growth.
Janice has also worked as a SME business advisor spanning industries as diverse as Public Relations and Graphic Design, developing business plans and executing organisational change management programs which afforded Janice the requisite experience to excel at the General Manager level.
Recognised for her ability to change direction and drive operational outcomes, Janice was approached to lead, develop and manage cultural and process change with Argyle Lawyers Pty Ltd, as Practice Director. Amongst other accomplishments, Janice enhanced productivity, navigated and supported the transition from a law firm to a publicly listed company, oversaw a major rebrand as Rockwell Olivier (Sydney), and initiated personnel development and training systems to achieve a dynamic high performing law firm with a team of energetic, smart, client focussed lawyers.
